- Deranged’s RevOps team were hired to provide consulting services on best practices in marketing, evaluate N(Y)OOMOON’s business workflows and suggest improvements.
- The initial phase focused on preparing a marketing campaign to help define their ideal client profile and build on brand awareness.
- A use case for the project management tool, Trello, was found, and agile project management practices were introduced to N(Y)OOMOON.
