Penly, a Danish Pensions Advisory company, were seeking to automate workflows and integrate their self developed backend software with their CRM system in order to avoid duplication of work and ensure fast response times for their customers.
Deranged were hired to define pre-existing business processes and expedite them through the use of automations and to facilitate creation of an API for their backend system to interact with their CRM system, WebCRM.
Initial phase was to map out business processes that a CRM integration could assist in accelerating. Hand-in-hand with the CEO the process was meticulously mapped out and the criteria for the automations discussed.
A use case for the automation tool, Zapier, was defined and fields in the back office system were duplicated in the CRM system and exported automatically to a secure spreadsheet. Once the data arrived on the spreadsheet.
