Copenhagen based Mystic Collective, a creative production agency representing curated, leading talent across the film industry, were looking to implement HubSpot CRM to enhance customer success, drive growth and move away from fragmented customer data.
deranged were hired to lead implementation of HubSpot, create a comprehensive plan of action, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Following an initial consultation we introduced the users to HubSpot in an onboarding workshop held in person. Subsequent in-house sessions have included defining and mapping out workflows and advising and assessing the need for automations in their sales pipelines.
Following these workshops, custom data fields, pipelines and automations have been created, and their customer data has been collated allowing for simultaneous creation of 1000’s of Contacts, Companies and Deals all assigned to the correct team members.
