Summary

  • Monax, a FinTech startup that offers a suite of tools for investment and pension advisors in Denmark, hired deranged’s RevOps team, in early Q4 of 2024, to facilitate development of their platform and, in the capacity of fractional COO, take over day to day operation of the company.
  • The initial focus was on redesigning the website so that it aligned with the company's goals and vision. In order to get this to market as quickly as possible a CMS, Webflow, was chosen to design and build the website - monax.dk, in order to provide multi-language versioning and allow developer-less updates to be made to the site.
  • Once the site was launched work commenced on overhauling the web application in order to achieve a better market fit and scale the business.
  • The web application was pivoted to incorporate CRM tools, such as email and calendar integrations and customer onboarding and the UI was completely revamped taking account of customer feedback and best practices.
  • Investment and pension advice features have been expanded and put into production.
  • Full sales pipelines have been established, customer success principles set up and day to day operations are run by deranged’s RevOps team.
  • All pre-existing customers were retained on 12 month contracts, ensuring MRR stability.
